"Vanguard, eh? Fair enough." She chides, looking back at him with a smug grin. "I don't think I've met a Titan that wasnt hot headed, until you. So, you must be a disciple of Zavala's then?" Her bold red Ghost looks at the Titan before him, and back at the guardian of his own, studying the interaction.

Kovac smiled softly, "no actually shaxx took me under his wing after the battle of twilight gate. From there ive learned everything he has to offer." Kovac's ghost peeks from behind his head looking at the other ghost and female hunter it speaking chirpingly, "representative's from new monarchy hello!" The ghost orange and black shell seems to shine with happiness.
-
"Shaxx, what a man." She looks to the Ghost and smiles gingerly. "Hello, little light." Her Ghost remains utterly silent, afraid to speak in the face of strangers. "Pardon my ghost, I'm only a guardian because I found him. There was an incident on the Dreadnaught."
-
Kovac chuckles softly, "its unusual for a ghost to be shy." Kovac ghost quickly moves over to the other ghost chirping happidly.
-
"So it is, but I couldn't blame the poor thing. His guardian lost his link to the light of his Ghost, meaning the Ghost was free. Coincidentally, mine had been taken by the hive. So, we found ourselves in need of each other." She looks at the two Ghosts, smiling slightly as her own cowers behind her. "Don't be afraid dear Achilles, it's obviously another of your kind."
-
Kovac smiles softly before looking out towards the city hands resting on the railings. "So what beings you to the city since most faction reps are extremely busy."
-
"I'm on leave, I needed to take some time out of the field. Doesn't mean I'm relaxed."She looks down at the Titan's injured arm, trying to hide her concern for Kovac. "I'll need to report my findings to Executor Hideo, and even Lord Shaxx. How about you, what brings you here?"
-
Kovac keeps looking out towards the city. "Medical leave for...critical injuries. I lost half my fireteam to oyrx and the remaining two requested guard duty. And i...im...on leave.." Kovac moves his left arm again wincing, "its amazing how much damage a hive knight can do."
-
"I'm sorry, I...I shouldn't have asked." She gently places a hand on the shoulder of her new acquaintance, sighing heavily. "Please, forgive me for my...ignorance..."
-
Kovac chuckles softly with a hint of sadness, "theres nothing anyone could of done we were ill prepared." His ghost would float over to his head chriping brightly, "but next time youll be ready right? Kovac nods in agreement smiling softly at his ghost then to kira, "aye its fine you asked kira no harm done."
-
"If you say so, I just try not to be so nosy." She drops her arm to her side, looking down at what appears to be a club, considering the intense lights. "How long...?" Her voice quivers. "How long did it take you to return?"
-
Kovac scratching the back of his in thought before speaking, "It took us three days i think just to get back to the beachhead. By that time we had exhausted nearly all the ammo we had. My two remaining fireteam members were tramatized, they refused to speak of the ordeal." Kovac looked at you with his good eye, "hes something weve never faced before."
-
"I was there, when Crota shattered Luna. I saw Wei Ning die along with many others. I can relate in some way, but not the same." She rests her head on her hand, leaning on herself.
-
"That must of been a difficult time kira," kovac would continue to look out into the city before turning around watching several guardians going about their business.
-
"Aye, and so must've been your encounter with Oryx." She turns her gaze to the guardians of the tower, reminiscing of her old friends. "Would you...consider fighting by my side?"
-
Taken a back from the request slightly kovac would raise his right eyebrow in surprise, "well you seem like a capable hunter kira but..." he looked back towards the other guardians before speaking, "im unsure how commander zavala would feel if i decided to fight so soon." He would tap his chin for only a second, "he'll get over it i suppose...i will fight with you kira," he turns his head back to you.
-
"I'm not heading back out there until both of us are ready. You have your leave and I have mine. Besides, it wouldn't be right for you to go back to the wilds with an injury." She features towards the arm that had been hashed open, not even knowing how bad the injury might actually have been.
-
Kovac chuckles quietly, "ive fought with worst injuries kira. Titans never break we are the wall that dark-" A loud siren blares around the tower-large fallen force located near city walls fireteam delta will be deploying immediately. Kovacs frown deeply before his ghost gave him his skullfort, "this isnt good..."
-
"Shall we check it out?" A Taken Cabal helm, specifically Skyburner's Annex, fits itself onto her head as her Ghost flips her hood up.
-
"I wouldnt typically decline such offers however...i am the leader of fireteam delta and its only...functional member...lets go," kovacs ghost pulses with energy as he vanishes in light aboard his ship flying towards the incursion.
-
She looks to her Ghost, realizing how quick she could be there. "Alright Achilles, let's hope those experimental transmat zones work!" She disappears in a flash of light, finding herself at the precipice of an Eliksni invasion force.
-
The ship would flare above a ruined building before vanishing in a thunderclap as it left. Kovac sat on top of the building his hereafter held ready; he scoped in looking around the mass of dregs and vandals. "Come on where are you, you ugly bastard," he crouched enhancing his zoom as he searched.
-
She looks around for Kovac, spotting him on the roof of what looked to be an abandoned apartment complex. She chuckles quite loudly through the comms, giving a thumbs up. "I love field work!"
-
Kovac would chuckle softly, "aye its good to give the legs a good stretching!" He finishes say as he lets off a round, the vandal's head exploding in gore a second later a secondary explosion erupts immiting a blinding flash.
-
She grabs her 1000-Yard Stare, putting four rounds in four Fallen heads, creating a few explosions of her own. "I may not be part of the Vanguard, but damn, I love this rifle."
-
Edited by NTG GHOST: 9/22/2015 2:09:35 PMKovac smiled to himself as he let off three more rounds, only one more blinding effect happened but it was enough. The kell leading the assualt roared loudly as he searched for those responsible for the attack. "Gotcha you ugly bastard," strapping his hereafter onto his back he would launch himself off the build towards the fallen. "By the traveler's light feel the fist of havoc!" Arc energy flared off of kovac as his body became encased in it.
