Just like Praedyth's fate in the Vault of Glass, she is MIA until we either bring her home, or return with her remains for a proper funeral.

There is a mission or quest where you find his bones but you hear him talking too..like he is lost in time...

What you were hearing was not him talking it was the a past recording of his still floating around.. radio waves do not ever stop or end they continue to move through space and time indefinitely. TV and Radio that we have sent in to space is still traveling through the universe and if one traveled far enough fast enough you could still hear old radio and tv broadcasts.
