After I downloaded the update for TTK and realized how badly Bungie had shit on me, I left and haven't come back. I've been playing Halo again and honestly haven't missed Destiny since I quit.
edit - fortunately for me, I got to see what TTK did to the game before I bought it so I didn't waste any money on it. I did buy ODST for $5 though, and am far happier with it than I would be with Destiny.
