I don't think Touch of Malice is confirmed a Weapon of Sorrow, but in my opinion, it definitely is one.
Bad Juju was Toland's failed attempt at a WoS. It is not genuine

This is correct :) Their are currently only two weapons classified as actual weapons of sorrow (Thorn and Necro), but yeah Touch of malice should definitely be one, even more so seeing as it has oryx's heart of darkness infused into it.
