Other Cabal helped bring the elevator down. Or that's the theory. I think Cabal Command shot that elevator down, and no real Cabal died when it hit the ground floor. Still, the'll probably put up some stupid memorial and fill it with pictures of fake Cabal and pin medals on everyone else.
