I doubt she's dead. Judging from the wreckage around the Dreadnought (in the skybox outside Hull Breach), there's several Ketch's that are still mostly intact (including one that seems to be venting a gas that I think might be atmosphere). If Oryx's shitty energy weapon couldn't even shatter a Ketch completely, then its more than likely the Queen survived.
