When the Warlocks offered the knowledge of blink to the Hunters, they also taught the Titans. Titans couldnt blink because they were too heavy. That, and they found it to be a dishonorable form of combat. However, the Titans took the knowledge, and modified it to work with their heavy armor. The Blink could give an initial burst once they build up enough speed. They were still too heavy to teleport, but they could momentarily break the speed barrier. They were also too heavy to blink upwards, but they could blink horizontally. They used this to their advantage to charge into battle with the speed of a jet, and hit like a tank. The Titans truly perfected the blink, and today, it is known as the shoulder charge. In closing, Titans CAN blink. They just made it a little more... useful.
