Why do I have level 5 with you guys and none of your gear is useful? I'm using the shotgun for now but come Tuesday I'm going to dead orbit...

You are obviously not very loyal. As I recall, the good weapons are Issued by me and distributed to loyal members of New Monarchy. Level 5 and you are already quitting. Unfortunately, this is a rare situation where you, and not I, is at fault.
