Why is new monarchy the only faction that actually wants to help the city?

i see alot of my fellow gaurdians who are ill informed of the FWC than again our recent changes are not in full swing as of yet. we are trying to work towards a change that will bring a unity to the city, though we prefer the sword over the pen, just our ideals partner. in the end we of the War Cult will be standing alongside any whe wish to fight for survival.

I can say what guides their motives, but only offer my opinion on such matters, as I am sure their supporters would be quick to disagree. So few realize who they are even fighting for...

Well I am wearing your badge this week Executor, I wish to see a better tomorrow for the people of the City. I think that we should find someone strong like you say to lead the City, but I don't trust the speaker. He seems aloof from the rest of us. What reasons would he have to hide so much from us?

Just as the Vanguard would still hold a certain power and mentorship over the guardians. We do not seek to replace them. Only to provide a truthful and just leader to focus their efforts to convey the Cities needs beyond the walls. Oh, and wear that symbol with pride. We know you fight not for yourself, but for the people's will.
