Exactly what the title says. I have checked [i]every[/i] vendor (with the exception of Saladin, as of writing he hasn't showed up in TTK), and the [i]only[/i] thing any of them sell that has any kind of bonus for Scout Rifles are the Titan Marks that Zavala sells. They increase Scout Rifle upgrade speed. That's it. Every other weapon is represented in the perks offered by Vendors' Legendary Titan gear, every weapon except the Scout Rifle. No extra ammo, no increased reload speeds, nothing. Is this just a case of "it sucks to be a Titan who uses Scout Rifles", or am I missing something?
