Mine became an homage to two of my favorite things...the unit I last deployed with 1-4 Raiders, and my favorite movie trilogy Star Wars (ep. 4-6 of course).
Being that Raider was our unit call sign, I wanted something that went with it, and low and behold, while watching A New Hope it dawned on me, Tusken Raider...threw in the underscore and 14 for good measure...
