ToO isn't open yet anyways. Good luck competing with level 40's with 290+ light when you are level 34 with 170 light. Same goes with iron banner. Daylies, weeklies and NF all have level requirements too. If you even tried them at 34 it would say 'impossible' difficulty and not let you start the mission. Sucks that they locked it away, but a level 34 character would have no chance of competing or completing those end game activities [spoiler] same reason they don't let me in the NHL :*([/spoiler]
