So you want to be able to get to a level you won't need to be at and have access to maps you didn't pay for with weapons that would be too powerful to fight enemies that are capped at 34/35?
You can still do classic crucible and they took none of the raids or PoE away. I fail to see the problem.

Who asked for content they didnt pay for? I paid for HoW level 28 strikes. I paid for an advertised with HoW ToO. Previous DLC nightfall and daily heroics were playable as long as the mission wasn't from a DLC you didn't have. Now it isn't playable at all.
