This goes to you and everyone else hopping ontop of their high horses and taking the "moral highground".
Business is not moral. Business is money. Its unfortunate, but its the truth. The video game industry is just that; an industry. More money equates to better games, thats just the reality of it. Bungie's pseudo-subscription model, while obviously controverial, is an incrediblly economic business strategy, and will result in more and better content down the road.
If you have ever torrented a music or movie file, you cannot argue entertainment morals. If you have ever game shared, you cannot argue entertainment morals. If you have even ever used a copyrighted photo from google images without proper citation and/or permissions, you cannot argue entertainment morals.
The harsh reality is, we are almost all guilty of breaking both legal and moral boundaries when it comes to the games industry, developer or consumer. The sooner people accept this harsh truth the better, and the sooner we can all just enjoy games and look forward to the fantastic games to come.
