I spoke to my wife about it, and she said it sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Granted, she only knows what I told her about them taking away a decent amount of content from what we originally had... I don't think it'll pay off suing the company for 100$ when Bungie/Activision has a team of lawyers that will draw this out so long that you'd be broke before you saw a dime though. That's why it's easier to just quit.
It would help try and stagger the bad ethics that are progressing though.
