He isn't selling anything exotic but engrams and 3 of coins = Weekly update.
Edit: it could be a specific exotic weapon instead of engram. I'm hoping engram though.

Cozmo clarified on reddit his inventory will look like this: Hunter exotic armor piece Titan exotic armor piece Warlock exotic armor piece Weapon/engram Coin of 3 Heavy synths

Yeah the only thing that changed is the weapon and engram are pretty much one in the same. You won't have both of them each week but one or the other.
