[i]A figure watches from the rooftops, hidden in the shadows. For a moment, he is briefly illuminated by a flash of lighting. His armor appears sleek, his face is covered by a ballistic mask and a hood. On his back are a marksman rifle and a sword. At his hips, two .45s. The suit's eyes do not shine, and appear to match the black coloring of the suit.[/i]

[i]Light looks up to the figure: first the woman, then a.... whatever he was? It was a strange enough city for a Hacker like him, but the eery stare trained on him made him uneasy. He felt safer: he was a whole half-clip richer, so he started to walk, keeping an eye on him.[/i]

[i]The figure watches as the hacker walks off, gaging the hacker's strength, his abilities, and his weapons./i]

[i]The figure finds he has the strength matching his medium build, a bit more, and is a powerful Hacker with skills yet unknown. He's armed with a Galika BP, burst-fire pistol, 21 9mm bullets per clip, owning 2, and one partially full. You notice he doesn't wear a Scanner, and you see his left eye flash briefly as he looks at you: a contact lens, serving as a scanner. He scanned you as well, learning what he could from a brief glsnce, melding into the crowds of the bustling streets.[/i]

[i]The figure's armor is strong yet light. It seems highly advanced, and bristling with technology and weapons. His helmet is covering his face, and no eye holes are illuminated. He is a muscular figure, but not the biggest.[/i]

[i]Before disappearing, he moves his right arm - a wave? - in your direction. Despite his crazy day, the figure still struck him as ofd, and something worth looking into later on. For now, though, he's gone.[/i]

-daego grapples next to the suit guy on the roof and smacks his butt- " what are we watching?"

[i]Seeing the person attempting to grapple up, he draws one of his handguns and shoots the grappling hook, knocking it off course, and making them fall.[/i]

-runs up stairs and smacks his butt- " so what are we lookin at?"

[i]He is gone by the time the person arrives.[/i]

"Man I really wanted to smack his arse" -notices thugs dead-" huh detective time" -he goes in the ally using dorsal jets- " i these are awesome"
