For any childish fanboys here: He (OP) is exercising his right. It is not about the $40. I agree with him. I think every time Bungie release new DLC...that should be add on at separate place. Only New content that have new level. Never alter the old contents. It is good for the ones that wiling to buy the DLC because it will make Bungie keep creative to create new contents instead repackaging old contents as new by just rising the level.
