He (OP) is exercising his right.
It is not about the $40.
I agree with him. I think every time Bungie release new DLC...that should be add on at separate place.
Only New content that have new level.
Never alter the old contents.
It is good for the ones that wiling to buy the DLC because it will make Bungie keep creative to create new contents instead repackaging old contents as new by just rising the level.

Yes his right I agree. But if he started playing mmo anywhere same thing will happen its how they make money . how does it any other does it you can only pay for what you want . if you want end game activity you have to pay for it
