They made the basic game, and the first 2 expansions obsolete. TTK is the only expansion I haven't purchased. They are simply trying to force people into buying TTK if they want to take part in what they have already been playing for the last year. I don't care if improvements and changes occur, as long as they don't prevent from playing what I played exclusively before.

I have two buddies at work one has paid for every part and other is saying bungie robbed him. I laughed at him and called him a cheap -blam!-. Anyways why come on here and complain. It's like all 1000 of these posts want bungie to give you the next tens years for free cause you paid for year one. TTK has turned the game into an actual game. It's been the best thing to happen yet

that's fine. I am not arguing that. I initially just wanted to play the game how I played before the expansion came out, with the plan of eventually purchasing TTK. They won't let me, so I am rightfully angry about it. I don't care if I miss being able to do a nightfall or weekly due to not owning the strike, I accept that. Hell, even having trials take place on a new map.. whatever. To be honest, I don't even play trials, but I like the elimination mode, which is now exclusive to TTK.
