It isn't about cost or affordability it is about what you think is acceptable nightfall/weekly strike have been a part of the game and playable even for vanilla players up until now if you had bought those strikes. Now bungie have made the decision to remove anything from vanguard retailers to allow players to be able to reach a level where we can play content which we own. In previous dlc you had to do raids to get max level which is fair, same with most of the best guns being raid weapons which again is fair and nobody has a complaint about a particular set of paid guns being locked within a dlc. That's the whole point of dlc and encouraging people to spend on dlc but to completely cut people off from any way of getting to a level where you can play a weekly strike unless you pay £40 is the problem. If people want to encourage that practice fair play. So what if destiny 2 comes out and 3 months later an expansion comes out with the same price point and same restrictions? You think it's good that you basically pay bungie retail price for a game that is obsolete in a few months?
