The nightfall modes and iron banner are and game activities that you can no longer do because you would be under leveled anyway. You are no longer at the end game. You didn't purchase iron banner of nightfall infact because iron banner is just control with a different name you can still play control. That's just one example I'm not going to write a book and explain but they didnt really do anything wrong
