10/10 best satire post I've read on the overreaction of the non Taken King adopters.
My favorite part was where you threatened to try and take legal action even though you accepted the EULA. I also like how you act like you've got a case when the vision and the plan for the game was known at release and you bought it anyway...

again, all I want is to be able to play the only modes I enjoy playing. I expected to be able to do this until I was able to purchase TTK. Also, this plan was certainly NOT outlined at release.

The 10 year plan including multiple DLC releases a year certainly was... Would you prefer for Iron Banner and the Nightfall be available for you to play against level 40s? Where the mobs will destroy you in one shot and you won't be able to dent them? Or where level 40 players will destroy you in a heartbeat? Nightfall and heroics were put in the game for players at max level to gain gear for end game... If you aren't max level you won't fair well in these modes... Like trying to run Crota 2 before reaching max level... Being nothing other than a hinderance to the raid team... Except now you'd be six levels below max... Even in previous dlc players couldn't play certain modes until they'd reached a certain level. The only difference now is that you can't reach max level. They were nice with the first two expansions allowing leveling for those who didn't buy them... But the level cap increase is a feature of the expansion... An expansion you chose not to purchase for whatever reason. Therefore you will not reach the level required for certain activities... Nightfall, Iron Banner, Heroics and Raids included in those activities.

no where in this plan did they say they would be removing features or content you paid for at time of purchase.

Pretty sure those features were added in after release... Don't believe they were all there day 1.

I own the base game and the season pass, so I paid for all those features and content.

Yes it was, it was outlined before the release of TTK. They said plainly that if you do not have the DLC you will not be able to level up past 34, and if you can't level up you can't do any endgame content (ie NF, Heroic Strikes, ToO, etc). They also stated the changes to the marks system and how you would need TTK to get Legendary Marks.
