Unfortunately this will crumble under the fact that none of us own the content on the disc, we just have a licence to play the game and that same game they have reserved the right to change what they want. You've actually agreed to this when continuing to play so they can't get in any legal trouble because it's down to the consumer to inform themselves. Don't take it the wrong way, I actually think it's shit that people who have waited or can't afford TTK no longer have access to the majority of the things in the game worth grinding for, but they got you by the balls because you agreed to potential changes on the T&C which you had to accept to continue playing.
