It may technically justify what they have done but it doesn't make it any less of a dick move. Adding paid content is great. Removing features from a game unless you pay up is wrong. I don't care what the fine print says. Anyway, the point is if Bungie wants to operate Destiny under a subscription-based model, they should be honest and actually do that.
