Do you really think bungie have the capacity to bring out a dlc the size of ttk without cutting other content? Impossible

It's possible. Would take some memory optimization to run it all smoothly, but it's my needed to do all the extra work when 90% of the old stuff won't be played by more than 10% of the customer base. It's basic business ethics, don't do what's not worth the effort.
