Ecthar sword of oryx
Had anyone else came across him or even killed him? I've posted a picture on my xboxone profile not sure how to do it on here

So I tried looking this up before I went to bed yesterday and the only good explanation I found was you infuse your original sword up to about 280 and the quest will drop. Not sure if that is a fact,but it was the only thing I found on it.
