It felt so... foreign to him, the touch of another person. The meaning behind it, all of which he never had, ever. Slowly, he hugged back, tears welling up in his eyes. It was slightly overwhelming; the gift, then an embrace he knew so little of. He wiped his tears hastily, and smiled during the hug.[/i] Th-thank you.... this kindness.... it's like nothing anyone has done before....

Ah, is there anything I can do to repay you? Anything at all? [i]He looked at the pair with the pearly-eyed look a puppy would have: one that was beaten too many times, and had no home. Light was eager to help with anything; well, almost anything.[/i]
