I had over 4000 motes of light, over 2000 heavy packs, a ton of armor materials...I grabbed each new subclass, turned in all 16 bounties, and 20 public event packages, turned in almost all the materials(saved maybe 300 motes)...and voilà 240 on every character...not hard to do...
