You know why it didn't require DLC's?

As new content is released, the [b]featured[/b] activities will change. Because they [b]feature[/b] new content in addition to old content.
Now, if it locked you out of playing Vault of Glass, I would understand your frustration.

Here we go again. Ok. How can I purchase weapons and armor please? Do I grind until my controller turns into dust?? Any advice is "super good advice".

I understand the frustration of not being able to buy Legendary Armor without the DLC, but the old Raids still drop legendary gear, and PoE still drops Etheric Light. So you can still be a max level 34, with 170 weapons. Even without the DLC. *Edited for Grammar and clarity. Also, Variks still sells 34 armor and weapons.

If you're already level 34 why do you need to purchase weapons and armor? Nobody buys from vendors after the initial gearing up stage anyway.

Fair enough. But most people will not agree with a perspective that is essentially saying "even though this activity is pointless and I never do it anymore, the fact that I now CAN'T do it anymore is a travesty!"
