As the signal clears, they catch a fallen speaking in Elinski.

"Patch Variks through. I need to know what they're saying." Kairos says, Ghost vanishing once more.

A ketch lie in front of them, about 50,000 meters ahead. The radio transmission is garbled [b]Take-.... No… Stupid…[/b] It doesn't sound like Variks.

Kairos doesn't recognize the Kell. He grabs his supplies, sprinting to the ladder. Taking two rungs at a time, he hits the ground three minutes later.

He was high above the ground. Below the Ketch, a fallen camp was present.

"That's why I told you not to hunt that patrol." His Ghost chatters in his ear. "Yeah, well, I keep telling the Speaker to install mute buttons on obnoxious Ghosts, and he doesn't listen to me either." Kairos responds, hoping to get away from the camp and the Ketch unnoticed. He grabs his Supremacy, just in case.

Suddenly, he's closer to the camp. Just outside it behind a tree. He could hear a fallen talk in English. "Looks like the Dome is working."

Kairos swears inwardly. He should've expected sentries. Instead, he's making the same mistakes a fresh Exo would. He grabs a small pebble, throwing it away from his location, hoping to draw attention away from himself.

Kairos draws his rifle, a gift from the Exo Stranger. He thinks for a moment about what he is to do with this House. "The Vanguard need to know about this." He says, walking as quietly as possible towards where the Vandals went.

Kairos grins wickedly. Holstering his Stranger's Rifle, he steps into the clearing, grabs the heads of the two Vandals, and crushes them together.

They fall to the ground, obviously dead from the impact of each others heads. Suddenly, he's surrounded by about 10 squadrons of Fallen.

Kairos turns in a circle, staring down each and every Fallen soldier. "So... Who's first?"

a dreg looked at him. "Well my nickname is First but eh," A giant fallen stood against a tree and stared at them

Kairos laughed. "Where'd you learn to speak? I've only heard one Fallen speak before, and he has trouble saying complete sentences."

The giant fallen spoke, while walking forward "That, would be me."

Kairos sizes up his opponent. "You're a Kell. Don't recognize the House, so forgive me for that. What're you doing on Devils territory?" The Titan muses, running calculations in his head, seeing what his odds of winning the fight were. Not good.

Kairos looked around suspiciously at the Fallen. "Okay, don't take this the wrong way, but kinda surprised that I'm not being torched with plasma fire right now. I mean, I appreciate the fact that you AREN'T shooting me, but why not shoot me? After all, I did kinda kill two of your sentries..." He trails off, still tensed for a fight.

"They were scheduled to have their docking caps on. Saves me the trouble. And there's no point in having my House kill you."

Kairos nods. "Alright, makes sense to me. Do you have a home territory at this edge of the Cosmodrome? If so, I'll let other Guardians know that you're over here, and to not attack you. If not, I'll describe what you look like and that way you won't get attacked." He says, unsure of what the response may be.

"I do not. My house's Base of Operations on this planet is in the European Dead Zone."

Kairos groans quietly. "So you guys get to watch the Guardians slaughter each other in the Crucible? Must be entertaining."

"It gets tiring. I was thinking about moving it somewhere along this Cosmodrome though."

"I can imagine. Well, I've got places to go and Taken to kill. Pleasure meeting you." Kairos says, turning and walking away from the Kell.
