I have all the exotic weapons except lord of wolves and dregs promise but that because I can't get a damn cipher from 34 and yes I know I can do skolas to get a cipher but that mother-blam!-er is hard to kill

He's not that hard.

Since TTK is being released just run 28 PoE and open the big chest. I don't know what the rate is but you can run it 5 times faster then a 34.
