• Dust and arc flew throughout the crash site. The Cabal beachhead had proven to be a bold strategy, even for the Cabal. The Hive began to gain the upper hand. Sky Burner legionaries, with their minds attached to victory, refused to retreat. As they were wiped out, the Hive advanced. In the empty entrance to the crashed ship, a Vex time cloud appeared. Bolts of electricity flew across the beachhead. Cabal units colored Maroon and Gold appeared out of thin air. They immediately opened fire upon the Hive. (Open to anyone on the Dreadnaught)

A message from Primus Dal'gon to the Storm Serpents. It is vital that it is shared with only the closest of allies. We must remain hidden. With our supplying, it is expected that none of said supply is shared with other legions, or shall the alliance crumble and lead to unrest." The message ends and repeats, awaiting for response. Suspicious shadow appeared at bannerfall. It sighed and connected to somebody's ghost. "Alpha-3. I hope you can solve my puzzlement. Why i've been hearing your name from Hive?" "Hard to explain. I stole a lot of things in Dreadnaught. You know, for knowledges." "You are not even a warlock, Alpha." "Wait a minute, who are you? And h- Ah, sorry. I've been experiencing massive memory deletion." "Whatever you do, don't be related with Hive, Alpha. They will devour you and use you to feed their worm." "I didn't know you have PH.D about Hive." The cold was nipping his nose, the crisp breeze blew his against his face. He stood on a mountain that overlooked a valley. The valley had a building with an antenna that was used to broadcast numbers. The valley that a distress signal came from two guardians. His black armor and black cloak didn't blend well against the snow that covered the area. Sighing he put his helmet on and started descending the mountain welding a sniper rifle and a sword. Scanning the surrounding area, he noticed no sign of anything. As he got to the base of the mountain, his ghost appeared and exclaimed " I wouldn't go in there." Raising his hand and signaling the ghost to be quiet. His Sniper rifle raised, ready for any threat. He approached the entrance of the building and slowly opened the door. To his disgust the building was scattered with skeletal remains of humans. Some with blood still plastered on the bones and some white as snow. He hears someone in moaning in agony in the storage room. Deciding it is too close quarters for a sniper, he puts his sniper behind his back and draws his sword, Ice Claw. He approaches the storage room, and slowly raising his hand to open the door. He swings the door open and to his surprise he sees a bloodied warlock with broken fallen sword through her chest. He runs over to the warlock and takes her helmet off. He checks her pulse. Her pulse is rapidly dropping. " Ghost see what you can do" " On it." He looks around the room checking for the fallen that attacked the warlock. "Wasn't there two distress calls?" He asks the ghost. " I believe so." The ghost replied swiftly. " I'm going to check around for the other." Sword drawn, as he walks out of the storage room he spots another guardian standing at the entrance.
open
• Korvic ran through the dark halls of the Dreadnaught; A great, shadowy figure of an Echo of Oryx behind him. It started out as a simple scouting run. Just get in, report anything strange, get out. He'd done it hundreds of times before. But this time there was a 15 foot shadowy death monster... Korvic was keeping ahead of the Echo, avoiding the blasts of darkness. Then the air around him started to crackle and burn. Then he felt something attach to his back. "Oh son of a-" Then everything went dark, and he heard a voice. You are Korvic Lanister. Great hunter of the frontier. You wield a blade as if it were an extension of your own arm. You have been taken. Calm yourself. Put down your gun, sheathe your blade, sling your bow. No scout can traverse this endless realm. What ends motivate you? What drives you to such loyalty? You see yourself as a protector. You are the keeper of the pack. You deal judgment upon those who harm or threaten those close to you. But, that loyalty is also your greatest weakness. Let go of your ties, use them to your advantage. There is a knife for you. It is shaped like [subterfuge]. Take it up. Feel it's weight. Take your new shape. Korvic.... Or... Whatever was left of him anyway... Stood up, and mused over his new face. (Open.)

Ka'aar walks through the cosmodrome, trying to avoid Taken. He hated Taken. They were not only annoying to deal with, but could wipe out three patrols of Fallen at once if there were about four Taken Cabal. ((Open))

Hunter-0 sits in the tower, on some crates in the shipyard hangar. He seems solemn. Black wisps come off him like steam from a pot. He looks around, but attempts to avoid making eye contact. "So this is what I am. I'm Taken. "No. Only your vex implants are. That's how they get to you. But because the implants aren't fully implemented, they will never have real control," His Ghost responds with. "I can't function. It was a knight. An average knight ultra. A weak mutant to be exact." "You were distracted." "I failed, little light." A moment of silence occurs. "I'm not leaving you. You need me." "I need the 3 terabytes of data from you. "And your point?" "I can replace you with the hard drive on my ship." "So that's it? You're going to continue years of research. Research that started before the majority of Guardians came." (Open)

The same female hunter from before sits near the railing of the tower, how she got there is unknown, but what is known is that she didn't use a ship. Possibly she climbed the tower? Or maybe she just appeared there like the way the Vex can teleport. Or possibly she is related to Oryx... "This place seems welcoming enough. Possibly worth it's own data log. What am I saying? It needs one." She draws Thorn from its holster on her right leg and with a flick of her wrist the hand cannon's cylinder swings open, ejecting a speed loaded cartridge almost instantaneously, save the delay of the cylinder coming to an abrupt halt due to the framework of the firearm, she flicks the unloaded cylinder into the firearm before aiming at the top of the vault terminals with her left hand near the weapon's sights and her right hand clutching the gun's grip. "And if it needs one then I'll deliver." She lowers her voice to a whisper after those words to the point that no one else could hear it, no normal guardian atleast. "For the King." (Open.)

                            • The Hunt Begins, I Dreadnaught, Rings of Saturn. The Hunter La'haar stalked his prey through the halls of the Dreadnaught. This was the Taken's domain, yet somehow still his own. Pieces of chitin pulsed and throbbed as if they were still alive. Corpses of Thralls overgrown with the fungal Wormspore lay before him, the place where they had been when the spores finally overtook them. A group of maggots buried themselves beneath the dirt as he approached, screeching as they were burned by the presence of the Light. He approached a large doorway., cautious of what may lie ahead. He readied his gun, and crossed the threshold. He found himself upon a platform overlooking a massive hole, which gazed down upon the gas giant below. A greenish blue beam, sourced somewhere far above the chamber, shot down through the hole and struck the planet. The beam bore a similar aura to that of Oryx's horde of Taken, leading La'haar to a conclusion he would rather not think about. He stepped further onto the platform, and as he did, a small Blight appeared before him. It hovered for a minute, and then sped off across the chasm. As it did so, a bridge appeared behind it. "I think it wants us to follow it," his Ghost commented. "Then let's heed its request." The Hunter followed the orb, hoping it would lead him to his target.
Open.
Location: European Dead Zone status: open Perseus sat inside the clock tower, watching. Watching guardians fall, and watching guardians made famous. He hadn't eaten for a day or so, but the war was far too interesting to be interrupted by food. Perseus noticed a small band of Taken disappear from his sight. He looked harder, searching the Meridian Bay, Cosmodrome, Ocean of Storms. Then Perseus realized, he had been looking too far... Perseus opened his eyes, and turned to face the Taken. A rifle materialized in Perseus' hands and he raised it to fire...

Grixis was standing on an incline overlooking the excavation site below him; his Hive cleaver in both of his hands, it's edge-like tip touching the ground in front of him. The sharp edge of the cleaver shown a white light everytime he held it's hilt in his grasp. It was a dim light, but a light nonetheless. This pleased him, as it was a sign that this was no ordinary sword; that he and he alone was it's wielder. However, this also annoyed him as he had broken all ties with it and had sworn to snuff it out of existence. The site below him was teeming with the presence of the gray armored Hive of the Wrath of Sarkon sect. Thralls scurried about their tasks in the site, or patrolling the outskirts of it along with Acolytes. Acolytes and Knights were the main force of the excavation, using the techniques that they used when hollowing out Earth's Moon. And the Wizards overseeing the entire operation, giving out orders to those under their watch. What they were excavating was a skeleton. Not just any skeleton however, but a massive, intact Ahamkara skeleton. It was almost unbelievable. He knew that the Ahamkara could grow on a large scale, but this one was titanic. It's skull alone could take up the entire space of the Tower's hangar, only emphasizing how big the rest of it's body was. He had discovered it while clearing out a large amount of Fallen from the House of Devils' far out on the outskirts of the European Dead Zone. It was after he purged the Fallen did he hear the whispers at the corners of his mind. He used those whispers as a homing beacon. He found the skeleton ten miles out from where he was in a flatland area. The whispers only grew louder at that point, but in the end, he persevered and the whispers were silenced. He then sent a message to Sarkon's Dreadnaught orbiting Jupiter, detailing about what he found. When he did, well... It didn't take long for an armada of Tomb ships to arrive. Even one of the large Hive ships that had accompanied Oryx's Dreadnaught and still did accompany Sarkon's had come and was now hovering low in the sky, casting a shadow of it's large frame over the land. Tomb ships constantly came and left with parts of the Ahamkara skeleton. What parts of it were easy to remove from the earth were already aboard the Hive Cruiser, and parts that were still beneath the earth were being carefully carved out of the ground. It wouldn't matter if they did it carefully or not, the bones were very durable, a rocket detonation couldn't even leave a scratch on them. However, the Wizards would consider it a crime if they appeared to be damaged. Some Tomb ships were hovering low, patrolling above and around the site along with the foot patrols. He felt a presence coming up from behind him and approaching. He didn't need to look around to see who it was. It was none other than Molkir, a high ranking Wizard and second in command of this excavation sight. Her attire was that of a Watcher of Crota would wear colored gray. Grixis respected her for two reason. One, because she had been the death of many Guardians and was a remarkable leader. The other reason, she was one of the few Wizards here that managed to keep a calm demeanor. She floated up beside him. He turned his helmeted, Hive-like head slightly to the right, indicating that he was listening to what she had to say. "The excavation is coming along well, my liege. The rest of the body will be aboard the ship before the next dawn," she said in the Hive language. "Good," he responded in kind. Ever since he had been bonded to Sarkon, understanding and speaking the Hive language was as easy as walking or breathing. He actually preferred to speak in it. Speaking English; he might as well have been drinking poison, as that was what it felt like. To him at least. "Soon, this beast will take to the skies once more, paving a way for our crusade," Molkir said. "What a sight it will be." This was the reason why they were here: Dig up the Ahamkara skeleton, bring it back to the Dreadnaught, and possess the remains with an assortment of spells and incantations. It would be one step closer for what Sarkon was planning. Dusk had finally begun to set, and with that the final stages of the excavation. Just a few more hours until their return to Jupiter with their prize.
I would like to note, this is on a 'to be continued notice' for a week until someone hops in. If no 'one does, then this will continue on to the next part.
(Open)

He would've preferred his ATS/8 for something as risky as this, but for what he had planned, he needed his old Hive armor— bone, cloth, and Wizard's cloak. He approached the Mausoleum, carefully surveying the area. Most of the Hive were occupied with the Cabal advancement, which was good. Four stragglers remained at the gate. Easy pickings. He raised his Wire Rifle, aiming at the Hive. His Tracer and lackeys followed suite. Snap. The first went down by the Tracer's rifle. The other's became confused— what was that? Snap. Snap. Two others fell by the Vandals. The last one began high tailing it out. Snap. The last one Beowulf shot himself. All four lay in ash, the only sign they had ever been there. He approached the gate, turning back to the feud. Nobody noticed. Good. He turned back to the gate, stepping forward. If his theory was correct... Screeeeee— It opened, and he smirked, and he stepped through. He was Ascendant. OPEN
