Crota's death was a sign to being a beyond our miniscule corner of the universe. Now, we face Oryx, Crota's father. Now, we take up arms against a god, and his trans dimensional army. So, think you can kill a god?
[b]Rules[/b]:
Do not violate the Bungie.net Code of Conduct.
Do not kill other people's characters.
No god modding.
"One Liner" Roleplay is discouraged (i.e. *John walked up the hill*).
These rules will update as the RP progresses.
[b]Game Link[/b]
"Game Link" a new feature that is being implemented in this Roleplay. By completing certain tasks within the game, you can earn rewards for your characters. There are two variations of Game Link.
[b]Quests[/b]: Quests follow a pre determined storyline. To partake in quests, you must complete certain tasks in game. Completing Quests can earn your character rewards. Quests are available anytime once they are released.
[b]Events[/b]: Events are similar to Quests, except they do not follow a storyline, and are available for a limited time. As with Quests, completing Events can earn your character rewards.

"Damn this is complicated... those golden age scientists didn't mess around..." A cracked screen, covered with centuries of filth, suddenly glows with a flickering neon blue light in front of him. "Finally." At the same time, a crackling Russian voice comes from the rusty skeleton of a speaker above. "Shut up, Rasputin. You haven't exactly made this easy for me. Do you think I'm going to listen to your pleas now?" The voice suddenly cuts off as the warlock taps another key, smiling. "Ghost, standby. Once I'm done, I want you to erase all trace of me." The warlock taps another few keys in quick succession before standing up, causing dust to fall all around him. "The vanguard may hate me, but this is for the greater good. Sacrifices must be made. 35 Replies*A warlock was speaking with a hunter. They both seemed skilled. The warlock had his Raze Lighter out and was killing taken The hunter was killing them with his Ace of Spades. The hunter begins to sing a tune* "I'm a mother-blam!-in maniac, with the flick of a switch... bang bang bang everyone's dead" *The Warlock gives the Hunter a glare as if he wanted him to stop. The Hunter took notice and continued to fight the taken. However from the sound of the hunters voice you can tell he's an exo. The Warlock certainly wasn't an Exo he had to be a human or an awoken* "Taken champ coming in" *The Warlock took notice of what the hunter said. It was a fanatic of Crota. The Warlock killed a knight and put his sword away and grabbed the Knights sword. He did a motion with his hands gesturing that the Hunter should fire at the fanatic. The hunter did major amounts of damage with a rocket launcher. The fanatic kneeled down from the damage and the Warlock attacked and killed the fanatic with the blade he had gotten earlier. The Hunter finds something after clearing the remaining taken. He finds an artifact* "What's this?" "A rose. The rose of Dredgen Yor" "I'll keep this" *The Hunter put the rose away. When the Warlock spoke you can tell he sounded Awoken* (Open)

But do you feel sad or is it just another life to you? Now if you found a guardian barely alive would you save it and take it with you or just leave it to be picked clean by whatever creature of the darkness stumbles apon it"? Your ghost relays that message to you and if you heard it you know the transmission came from the hellmouth . Maybe your ghost was picking up the last echo of a guardian. Is it worth it to check or just stay away? ( closed )

"Interesting," his ghost said as he got closer to scan it. "It seems to be carrying something alive inside." The ghost said after a scan. As Val'Tark the Titan got closer he heard a noise from a near by bush. "Not again." he said as he lifted his flaming hammer about to slam it into the bush. "Friend I come in peace." Says a young voice from the bush out jumps a hunter. "Who may you be." Says Val. "Kal Rey. Ikoras Rey's brother" Says the young human hunter. The Titan throws his hammer into a nearby bush and a dreg screams letting out his ether. "We're surrounded." Says Val. (Open)

12 RepliesAs I walk towards a taken thrall I crush his throat with my boots. I tap the shadowy whatever with my hammer and laugh "Hey Derek. Look at him" Derek puts his bow and quiver up and rolls his eyes. "Typical. Leave him alone. I'm sensing the ground beneath us moving. What is he doing..?" I tap my hammer on the ground. Who knows.? "Aye. Derek. Bring your titan friend and cmere. I found something" Derek points me to this beautiful dark skinned warlock. She was ikoras daughter and of course I couldn't help noting she had taken to her mother's analytical approach at life. "I have a name you know!" Derek nudges me "Forget it bro" I began to float over to her, and Derek grabbed the chest we had found. I landed next to her and said "Rioka. What did you want?" "Titan. I found a scarred key for the chest you found. Why aren't you carrying it." "Well...I'm kinda too awesome for that. Plus Derek had it I'm sure" "I'm beginning to question your usefulness on our adventure" "Stop being such a prune." "A WHAT" She began to electrify, her feet floating off the ground as she began to get angered by my comment All I could do was laugh. "Awwww. Look at the little stormcaller getting mad. Am I getting under your skin" Derek pokes me with his knife. "Stop antagonizing and smack this open will ya". I pulled my hammer out and saw Derek trying to calm Rioka down. "Stop. Shh..he's not worth it." I yelled "STAND BACK" and began to slam my hammer down. The chest began to split, and we heard some taken thrall began to notice us. "Hey you two. 79 RepliesGunfire could be heard from the vex citadel on Venus. A group of Guardians were locked in a firefight against a single Taken Hunter. A dark mist had enveloped the area. The Guardians were fighting blind, shooting at anything they could make out as hostile. In a matter of seconds the Taken Hunter had closed in on the group's Titan. It raised a tainted blade, humming with a dark lightning. The Titan reared back and smashed his fist into the Taken's jaw, stunning him just long enough for the barrel of the Titan's shotgun to find it's target. The Titan pulled the trigger, and the Taken hunter fell to the ground, motionless. The Titan looked back at his team, panting. "Hey... Guys... I- I got him! I got hi-HRREGGH!!" It took a moment for the Titan to realize what had happened. He looked down to see the decoy of the hunter fading away, and the end of a blade protruding from his chest. He coughed, and blood clouded his visor. Before his light faded, he heard the Hunter mutter something. [b][i]"I'm sorry..."[/i][/b] The hunter shrugged and let the limp body of the Titan fall off the edge of his blade. He then turned his attention to the other two. [b][i]"Run."[/i][/b] (Open.)
