Well I am proficient with snipers sp maybe I am just auto compensating

It isn't meant to feel different. The ammo recharge is the nerf and that feels very different.

Missing has nothing to do with it. Increasing the recharge rate of ammo by nearly 50% is a big nerf. If you use ice breaker in pvp and start sniping early you will find yourself out of ammo after 1 or 2 kills even if you hit both headshots. In pve when sniping a boss the ammo does no last. Saying that not missing makes it easy to have ammo is false as it takes 42 seconds to recharge a clip that you can empty in 10 seconds.

Missing is everything, I miss less so I do not need to refire. If I'm not reforong I'm not dumping ammo to ne burned by the slower regen

If you literally kill 6 targets with 6 shots in 10-20 seconds that still leaves you 20 seconds without a full clip. Shooting a boss you have to wait 7 seconds between shots even if you hit. Missing is irrelevant lol

Ice breakers for anythhing but oricals is and always has been pointless. Far more viable options available

There are far more viable options for oracles too... The point still stands, ice breaker feels different due to ammo regen nerf.

I honestly do mot feel any diferance. None of my play stiles are effected. I can understamd it effecting others but I am not feeling it. The one I can't understand is Fusion, it was kind of nerfed but is super super strong now in PVP (fusions were my baby before i started sniping)
