I'm assuming he said it because titans have shut him down in his super, without the ability to return the favor. There is nothing more annoying than popping your super and then you're sniped/killed before you can use it. Probably just wants to return the frustration seeing as a lot of titans and warlocks complain about gg and bd. I understand the distinction, but in the end it's ultimately beneficial for his fireteam, so why shouldn't he be happy about shutting someone down?
