I don't think FF is milked but they need to go back to making better ones with their own story. Half the characters from the 1st FF13 looked like slightly changed versions of characters from other FF games. Ffs snow looked like Seifer and the little kid looked like Tidus, idk if that was the point but I thought it was dumb. The Final Fantasy games like 7 & 10 are great and more like those need to be made. 12 wasn't [i]bad[/i] I suppose.

The thing about final fantasy is that, apart from the atrocious 13, all the numbered titles are based in unique worlds with their own lore, the battle and progression systems are all different etc...it's not like a reskin like cod has become, or pretty much every sports game. It's also not like it comes out yearly (famously so). As such I think final fantasy can continue forever, especially as I love the feel and atmosphere of them. The spin offs can be dropped (apart from World of Final Fantasy which looks awesome - http://www.dualshockers.com/2015/09/15/more-gameplay-and-lovely-cutscenes-shown-for-world-of-final-fantasy-at-sceja-press-conference/ )

Persona? That's kind of an odd choice for a game that doesn't release every "X" amount of years. Spinoffs I can understand cutting those down a bit but main series? No way.

The difference regardless of that is I personally don't care if someone makes fun of a game I like. That's actually none of my business, people all too often feel the need to ignore how people feel about a game and proceed to get defensive. Read below and you'll see I actually agreed with Mars and his comment about the series. Continue to post Persona though, it's cute.
