Seem to be stuck like most people at 25% using chrome and Internet explorer for xbl.
For those who got it to work, what browser are you using?

Worked this morning on chrome on my phone. Not working now. Probably just busy.

It took like 30 mins on chrome for me. Just keep waiting, it'll load eventually
