Alright guys and potential gals, Recruitment is an important topic in my opinion, since it can do two things in my experience: 1.) It gives us a broader community with more people to work with, making this entire experience much less lonely on any given day. 2.) Can become FUBAR if either the wrong crowd comes in, or too many people who are overly sensitive. Obviously, those are more terse examples of the two things, but you get the idea. Here's what I think we should do. Some communities want to have more than one group since clans cap out at 100 active players with an unlimited surplus of group members outside of that. We won't be doing that. Not only will managing that become a pain, but so will mending any egos/sensitivities that come from that many people mingling. Instead, let's scoop up a majority of our people from those we have met or worked with. We will keep the group open, but not the clan itself, allowing people to follow us and keep tabs on our latest, whilst also ensuring that they have the opportunity to introduce themselves to us and perhaps join our community.
