Do you? Anyone who plays halo knows you can hip fire the br and it is a tight burst

Why would you not want hipfire accuracy on something you're going to hipfire all day..

Because the br has great hip fire accuracy and a hip fire perk wouldnt do much, id rather have a stability increase for it to make it more of a laser
