Should it be legal? As long as laws, enforcement, and standards are all set before hand. Also education about side effects should be wide spread from doctors. Not the lies from your friendly neighborhood pothead.

It should be legal and taxed. I'm not saying get high and drive or go operate some heavy equipment but after a day's work should be nothing wrong with smoking some weed

You obviously don't smoke. First timers will have greater effect yes but people who smoke on the regular you're good in two hrs [spoiler]honestly good to go before that[/spoiler]

I'm all for regulation but saying you can't drive or work for 24hrs is nonsense

Safety first, am I right? Then a blood and urine test to ensure you are not impaired. As well as a legal limit of impairment just like alcohol. With restrictions on high risk jobs.
