I'd say I'm rather good at PVE as well and my Grim is only 3450. The rest of my Grim is in PVP, a few of the new DG's and 4th Horse.
That said, 2 of the best players I roll with are around 3000-3100 Grim. Both have prob 150 Raid completions and plenty of Flawless runs.
