No they don't. That was a bad video game quote. Doing the same thing multiple times often is what it takes to finally succeed.
I'm joking about banning those things though

Improving on what you did and learning from your failures and mistakes is what makes you succeed. Doing the exact same thing will lead to the exact same results.
-
Incorrect. Doing the same thing multiple times with no changes will change results for better or worse due to the random nature of all things.
-
Plus nothing is truly random
-
Completely false.
-
Actually completely true. There is the illusion of randomness
-
Not true actually. The majority believe there is no such thing as randomness but the universe is on a fundamental level random. From scales of massive sizes down to the quantum level everything is filled with random uncontrolled events.
-
No there are patterns to everything. You see randomness because you don't understand it yet.
-
That is backwards thinking. People want to find patterns in things even when they aren't there.
-
No it backwards thinking to not strive to understand the world around you. If we thought like you medicine and science wouldn't be where it is today and we would still think the world is flat.

Edited by Dexter307: 9/13/2015 3:47:05 AMIt is quite sad that people think the way you do. Hopefully in the future people will be more open to the truth and will try understanding how existence truly is.
-
You don't want to understand truth though.
-
Stop projecting.
-
I'm not
-
Then you're not doing the exact same thing are you
-
You are actually
-
Not possible
