Yes but is still a relatively easy way to become addicted to that euphoric feeling. And if gambling addiction and such is seen as an addiction why would psychologic addiction to marijuana not be. Youre not going to go into a withdrawal like if you stopped doing coke after years of use but you will definitely have mild withdrawal symptoms

That number wasn't meant to be concrete. Yeah I pulled it out of my ass, my point is that only people with addictive personalities will feel addicted. That's not going to be a huge majority of society
