Actually, if you look at the original code, it was written specifically for the intended pleasure of "da killa". It was listed in their proposal to the investors, all the way down to the finalization of the year 2 business plan. The fact that the vast majority of us enjoy it has now become a moot point, as bungies original intent has now been crushed, and with this post, crucible and destiny are dead. . .back to mario kart.
-
Yeah they did, I bought the game so I can give my opinion whenever I want
-
Thats all entitled to, your opinion that most would disagree.
-
Money talks, and I am entitled to ask bungie to permanently remove mayhem and shotguns
-
You are one person. You cannot possibly convince Bungie to remove a game mode and gun class that the majority of players like.
-
Not if I get a donation from someone wealthy to put an end to all shotguns, hand cannons and mayhem
-
Realistically, that's not going to happen without either some high-quality blackmail or a rich friend who's willing to give you a truckload of money to get rid of a few gun classes and a game mode that you don't like in a video game. This game doesn't cater specifically to you. If you feel that strongly about it, don't play. It's really that simple.
-
This game doesn't cater specifically to you.
It does though, with my money.
-
Everyone who plays this game gives money to Bungie. You're not special.
-
No some people rent it therefore your point is invalid
-
You're still not special. Destiny has over 20 million registered users. Of those, a very small fraction rent the game as opposed to buying it. Even if 9 of every 10 players rented (which is highly unlikely), you're still one among 2 million people.
-
If you actually look at the stats 7/10 people rent destiny, your point is still invalid
-
If 7/10 people rent, you're still one among 6 million people. That's my point.
-
If you look at the stats it's actually 7 million
-
So actually you have a million more people to contend with. Thanks for telling me.
-
Actually it's 2 million but whatever
-
My point still holds that you can't change anything by yourself and you can't use the "money that you gave to Bungie" as your reason.
-
Yeah we'll see about that,
-
What the hell does that mean?
-
I'm making changes, big things coming
-
You're not a developer.
-
Then do something. You talk but can you act right now and change with you "money"?
-
I do, I call them everyday to complain
-
