Makes sense since a majority of the best players will have it, but there will also be an influx of those that got carried for them in the Mix. As long as players are competent and have decent light level gear, I wouldn't mind running the new raid with them after I've already done it with my main fireteam.

I don't mind if players are carried through events because that means at least they know how to take direction. It's the ones who don't want to work as a team and lie about their experience that I don't want on my raid team.

Yeah it's always fun to have that one guy say he's an MVP at running Relic or something in a raid then he dies immediately. Yesterday I ran Hard Crota with 6 people and we couldn't kill him when anyone else in my fireteam was running the Sword so one guy left. I didn't have a mic so they didn't want me to run the sword but I convinced them by messaging them I could run it and point when to shoot rockets, 2 Crota downs later I killed him and everyone was laughing about it. We even messaged the guy who left that we did it and invited him back to the party.
