Hilariously enough, that figure of 23% would drop a lot if we're talking Pre-HoW.
But still. Don't be an elitist, not their fault no one wants to take them or they're new. Help them, not turn them away.

Exactly noone will learn if they ain't shown what to do and had things explained to them. I would rather take someone new through a raid than play with elitist dicks. We all started from the bottom why now begrudge new players the experiences we had on our first times........its a game.......we all saw yr1 they didn't,surely we should be passing on our experience to the kinderguardians and not alienating them.
