Get as close to the wall as possible, turn away from wall walk forward with ghost out until it can be summoned.
Then back up a little bit (so long as it still says "Summon Sparrow")
Turn back around to face the wall, summon sparrow, sparrow should have at least the tip or whole front INSIDE the wall when you summon it, then boost.

Got the black garden one, but I can't get into the mines I will just wait untill Tues and get it when do the mission

Jumping also makes it easy spawning the sparrow
