Actually, the Bad Juju before update 2.0.0 dropped came from completing the exotic bounty Toland's Legacy. An easy bounty to do, the hardest part is the 25 strikes. But now that 2.0.0 dropped a couple days ago it had taken away exotic weapon bounties and elder cipher's. All weapons from the bounties/ciphers will be dropped from running things like Nightfall and PoE So before you throw around the word "noob," you should probably think of logical facts.
