I sort of agree w you. On one hand, they might not have been able to complete those events. On the other hand, they might have chosen not to, for lack of any real reason. Not all good pve'ers might have bothered, believe it or not. Like people who picked up the game at HoW and didn't bother breaking their balls for gear soon to be trash bin'ed. There's two sides to it. Couldn't complete, and couldn't care too. Having the LP emblem logically states that a person cared enough to run them AND was good enough to do so. But not having it doesn't state a negative on the "good enough to do so" part of that logic statement. Some people did vog, crota and skolas. And they couldn't be bothered w chests or ghosts or public events or whatever none sense was part of MoT for the emblem. Just saying. I wouldn't rule out any one due to lack of the LP emblem.
